10:16 I just saw an eagle fly in from the left and I think it landed higher up in the tree!
I adopted the Delta2 nest!

7:47 a.m.
A beautiful sunny morning with a clear view of the nest and NO EAGLES to be seen
I sure do wish we could understand why they ignore this nest so much, but I often wonder if they have decided against this nest because their eggs failed the past couple of years.

awwwwwwwwww cococat!!! thanks so much for bringing me here to see the new cuties paying a visit!! I check everyday for our cute 's and am sad each time. I hadn't checked today yet!
It's becoming pretty clear eagles won't be nesting here huh? Pretty sad and I know Judy/jewel is going to check the area for signs of a new one but haven't heard back yet about that.
I would rather spend my life close to the birds than wishing I had wings

Just saw something large fly up into the tree - couldn't tell if it was an adult, but it looked eagle-size to me.
I also saw an adult fly out away from the tree a while ago, and didn't get on to post - and while I tried to make a mental note of the time, I'm afraid I've forgotten.
And before that, I saw something big in the upper left area of the screen, as if an eagle had been perched just out of sight.
My conclusions from all this is that a) I'm not a great observer of details and b) there are eagles around!

Another beautiful day here. I still have not seen any activity in or around the nest.
