Hello all!

7:06 looks like one is checking the eggs, then settling in while the other is on the perch.

Up fro a stretch!



Not obvious from that s'cap, but a few minutes later when the shadow reached the nestbowl I was able to see the eggs clearly, and it looks as if there are still two. A third is unlikely - but if it is to happen, today is probably the day.

12:00 nice and sunny. Incubating.

Just saw a food break - still two eggs.

I'm not where I can take s'caps - but all is looking good.

Just saw Savannah(?) stop by the pile of food by the bush in the background and pick up another snack, which she brought to the edge of the nest to eat while Derek continues to incubate the eggs.




5:35 pm

Derek got up, and they both did some calling, then Savannah approached the nest to take over incubating.



Now Derek has flown off to the left, then over to the food stash, and is now back on the edge of the nest with his snack.
