Savannah went off stage left and from time to time she calls out. I read on facebook that they have closed the area near the nest to visitors for today to give the eagles some quiet while they settle into caring for the egg.

9:37 Parent has been calling to be relieved. Finally gets up and goes to the perch and stretches wings. Then returns to the eggs and begins to incubate again.

Carolina Raptor Center Hi Nancy, judging by your photo and some glimpses the staff has gotten today, it does indeed look like there are 2 eggs in the nest.

Adult up and probably turning the eggs, but was between them and the cam so I didn't see the eggs; now settled down and incubating.
