My bite!!



Right in the middle of the feeding good old Frank flew into the nest with a big stick!!



Then he sat on the branch near the nest to watch.

They had a really good, long feeding with no bopping or pecking.



A short while later I saw Indy doing her mumbrella thing using her bad wing. It must have been raining lightly or maybe she was just using it to cover the chicks.

These s'caps are from May 17th---I haven't had time to post them until now.

5:45PM nest time......

The eaglets have already had a big meal and are resting. Indy (R) is about to leave the nest and leave Frank in charge.



Indy left some food in the nest food and Frank starts to eat it.



HMMMM! he says---I have my chance to feed the chicks!!

Want a bite, little chickie?



UH-OH!!! Caught in the act! Indy is back with fresh food.



Frank did his walking around in circles in the nest.

Frank starts to feed the chicks from the new food



Indy chases him up out of the nest and away from the chicks.

Later that sme day, May 17th----

About 9PM.....Indy is standing and the chicks are sleeping out on the nest.

About 11:40 nest time---Indy is wide awake and the chicks are asleep in front of her.
