Afternoon Sooner

Had cam up much of the day saw an adult perched on crossbar
earlier this morning but nobody back this after yet.

Did see a juvie perched on the post abit ago.

5 pm
Both at the nest


530 pm
Still there



Now time for me to go make some supper.

The eagles came into the nest and then spent time on the perches until 10:39. They returned a few minutes later, but I did not get a snap. The nest could use some soft bedding and a few more sticks. They were not nestorating this morning.

Afternoon Sooner

Donna thanks for your scaps and reports her this morning. This nest has never been
a comfee nest....for some reason it always appears "bare bones" perhaps inexperience or
a lack of resources to bring to the nest not sure.

250 pm
Noticed one adult was in the nest calling out .....as if distressed about
something or perhaps waitin for the meal to be delivered.

Within minutes of the calling from Mom in the nest......Dad flies in with a nice
furry meal.....see scap below you can see Dad is hauling something in his talons or
possibly his beak....what a good provider Dad is!

What a team......I thought Mom was in protective mode but all she was hollering about
was food I think.



Eating in the nest and enjoying every bit; can see Mom defeathering the
meal too.



Dad remains in the attic while Mom enjoys her meal.

I enlarged the snappy of the meal delivery and you can see Dad has the meal in his talons...looks so heavy

Both were at the nest again but poof they
are both gone again.

Another beautiful Ok sky.....


Then both arrive back at the nest and they waste no
time and get right down to nestorations

They are so cute...side by side


Oooooh up to the crossbar they both go.
They look like they having quite the conversation


Then Dad returns to the bowl to do a bit of work.
