JudyB...That was a lovely sentiment to post about Chub-let and his siblings...beautiful!! A bit teary here But , yes we have closure here now and darling Chub-let has gone the full circle of life and soars free with so many of our other babies. May he give strengh and his determination, feistiness, and beauty to his siblings as they continue on their life paths.

7:24 Mom feeds Chub-lets remains to Big-let and Medium-let for breakfast. I chose not to show the CU cam view.

7:50 Mom is gone, but looks like the 'lets are maybe doing some self-feeding.

9:08 Dad comes in with a partially eaten bird/duck? Calls out and mom comes right in.
Dad keeps calling and then flies to the branch and looks around - looks like he's calling at times.

9:12 - 9:13 Some defeathering then feeding starts.

A bit brighter now - but still pretty wet. Looks as if Mom is partially sheltering one of the chicks, but the other isn't trying to get under, just sitting beside her, looking out.

It's come to my attention that by mentioning by name the people who were watching or commenting on the part of eagle life that was observed last night when I did my "hugs" post, I might be seen as excluding all those who watched but didn't post, and all those who have been watching and posting here over the last few months, and have become part of the family of this nest. That was not my intent, and I deeply apologize to anyone who felt even a tiny bit hurt that I didn't acknowledge their love and dedication to this eagle family.
