Afternoon PH

Debbie & Darlene nice to see you both here...we can pace together while waitin for K26 & K10 I think early morning and early evening will be the best times to spot them in the nest...but so far there have not yet visited the nest bowl since the cams went live.

Nest is empty and since the cam went live there have not been
any documented visits to the nest by K26 or K10.

K26 & K10 must be taking a bit of time off before they get cracking
on rebuilding or fixing up the nest.

According to Dr. Sharpe this nest is in great shape and will only
require a couple of days of restorations so K26 & K10 still have lots of
vacation time left if they want it before nesting begins....

Hope they are back soon and I have lots of scaps of
nest rebuilding and mating from years past in both the month of
Jan and Feb so I am betting we will see them soon.

I have had the cam up since before dawn and no sign
of K26 or K10 everytime I checked.

Windy at the nest this morning.

Good morning, Debs! I was watching until well after dark last night and didn't see a visit, and am watching again this morning. Water is very blue today - it's a beautiful nest, and will be more beautiful with a couple of eagles!

Nest is empty but looks beautiful in the sunlight.

Getting anxious waiting for the Santa Cruz IWS report....... hoping they will say they have seen K26 & K10 near the nest....would be awful if they decided to build yet another nest.....come on K26, K10 we are soooo ready to see you both... talons crossed we see you soon!!

I have had the cam on all day and still have not caught
any action in the nest.

I'm so anxious to see our birds too Debs....I sure hope they haven't built another nest Does it look to you that the front part of the nest seems to have a hole, or it's collapsed a bit? Maybe it's just a shadow

Looking forward to the update too, maybe then we'll get some answers as to what's happening here and I hope they're what we want to hear

Debbie Yah is hard being patient hey.... I sure hope we get some news soon....would be devastating if they built another nest....I think it may be a shadow Deb as we do see shadows in that area at various times of the day.... and sometimes we can even see the cam stand.

Even paid a subscription so I do not get the annoying ads.
