Good Morning West End and Two Harbors

Its going to be an egg-citing day

1010 am
Come on get up so we can switch; Wray did
not budge so SM left



Wray got up and looked listened and did a tuck; thought
I could see grey fluffy down bobblehead moving but the
bedding is so high cannot be sure.

Think we have a hatch but no confirmation
for sure yet.

1025 am
K82 is very restless looking down and listening
lots and she just repositioned but no view of
the egg.

One chick at the West End nest should hatch within the hour and a second chick has made a pip in the shell, so it should hatch within 24 hours. We are still uncertain of the status of the egg at Two Harbors, but the adults seem to be hearing/feeling something from the egg.



I'm out for a while. Hope to see a little one later.

3:44 - 3:49 TH: Bobblehead here too!

Mom comes in with some orange thing, Dad gets up and you could see the chick moving around.

3:51 Mom settled back down on the new one.
