Big is so cute ..looks up at times..then rests her head on the greenery.....Lil is in same position..sunny ..wind comes in gusts.

1015 big? at 3 and lil at 6, both picking at things in nest, so very beautiful. happy 6 week old birthday big and lil.
1048 lil, nearest 6 picking at greens there, big lying facing 3. just relaxing contentedly. windy day but sunny still.

It was nice to have a few minutes to read back and see all of your picture journals Bev. Thank you. Nice to see a great family time on the nest too this morning.

good morning Dar.

1056 big at 11 self-feeding, doing a pretty good job as new to it as she is, puling picking! and earlier we had a nail biter with wingersizing at 9 in high wind, scary. 1115 big in bowl preening. lil below her nearer to 6 stretching. quiet in area.
1131 got dark at nest, super windy and nest swaying at times, looks like showers may be coming. noise in attic, think mom may be on nest soon too, if rain comes. sun peeking out now, lets look u and around. oh, hearing raindrops now!

1139-1143 mom has arrived, knew she would not let her kids get wet alone, but sun peeking in/out now again. looks like mom brought new bedding on her right at 10. lets staying in bowl lying down, hear the rain getting little harder now. mom digging at 12, big gets up to help and spreads some grass too cute
1206 mom still at 11 looking around, cloudy, then sun peeking out, like before. cannot hear rain anymore. lets lying down resting.

am leaving at 1215 for Dr, then to work, swapped with friend so will be off tomorrow.
