Debs..I am glad Dad eats the head and some before he delivers the fish too... it is much safer also..

Dad is so sweet... standing there looking ..i am sure he wants some time with his babies too

Dad is at 5..picking at some nest overs.Bless his heart .. he must be hungry...

Mom is in the nest..guarding the fish.Dad is picking at nestovers.Lil is looking at Mom..Like "more mom"

MOm hauled the fish down to side of nest near 4.Dad went up and digs in the nest bowl

Dad cont. to dig in the nest .LIL is looking at dad...Mom is hovering over the fish

Poop shoot off the deck.
Ohhh here comes Mom; Mom joins Dad in the nest;
nice to see them all together.

Mom watches Dad then of course she starts to
echummmm and she claims the fish takes it
over closer to 4 oclock.

Dad works the bowl at nest center.

Awww Dad puts some leaves on Lil one.

Dad does a bit more digging nest center
then he leaves the nest.

Mom eats a bit of fish; the kids remain
seated and are watching Dad is in the
attic or perhaps perched at 11.

Mom is still eating her fish; Lil is standing
preening possbily wanting a snack now too.

Came back to see Mom eating some fish.Dad is gone.

Mom is starving..she is pulling and tearing at the fish

Wind is picking up..

Lil has a big yawn.....Big is looking over the nest at 11

Mom flew out of the nest; the kids
are alone again; both remain seated.

Can hear thunder at times.
No rain yet.

Lil is in nest bowl facing 6....see his leg extended up near Big...Big is at 11.has her leg stretched over by side of nest near 10... they look soo comfy..it is overcast at the nest..remainder of fish is in the nest near 4

I saw Lil have a ps of 2..he is down in the nest facing 3 now..Lil is in same position facing 11..

Beautiful family portraits today. I agree Debs, Lil is not so little anymore - maybe Lil is a girl?
It's good to see Mom get some food too as she is always so careful the chicks get enough.
They are growing so fast now and one of the shots I particularly enjoyed was Lil with her talons on the fish, keeping it for herself or himself.

What a fun day here it was today!
