3:30pm or thereabouts
The cam is down now. I have been trying to recall if the images have always been this poor, or if it's just this year.
Around 3:20 both were on the nest - it appears the female was eating while the male stood watch. He flew off and she continued eating - looking about occasionally

The male flew back in and started sending warning calls

He left again and the female finished eating - was standing looking out and the screen went black

Friday March 23
About 1:30 pm EDT Both arrived on the nest. The male stood in the nest bowl, it is so deep now he looked like he was lying down. He poked about a bit and left
Female stayed. Seemed to be semi standing in the nest bowl Kept looking about as if watching the male. She also puffed out her feathers. I don't think it was the wind

Male returned with a new stick and is busy arranging things to his satisfaction.

Female is still standing in the same place in the nest bowl. Feathers back to normal position. One of them is calling - I think the female Image quality is a bit lacking.
Male left. Female standing - seems to be looking for him
Stayed there until approximately 2:35pm
EDIT:: She's back at 248pm

She's back on the nest again ant 4:50 pm

Has this camera always produced such poor quality images? Or is it that I am getting spoiled by all the newer cams great images?

5:45pm
Dad flew in around 5:35 pm and started working the nest bowl base. Mom stood out of his way on the near side

He worked the base for about 5 minutes and then Mom decided enough and moved in and shoved him aside so she could lie down. He then took off

She is again in the semi reclining position. This nest bowl is so deep it is impossible to see or tell what is going on.

5:15pm
Eagles have been on the nest several times this afternoon for an hour or so each time.
Around 5:10pm while Mom (I think) was reclining in the nest bowl, a crow came to visit. Hopped about on the Y branch. Mom looked at it and just ignored it's presence as it moved about on the branch

12:51 juvie intruder on front branch! Been there for over 20 minutes. Was on nest eating nestovers, female knocked it off nest, it showed back up on front branch a few minutes later. I am pretty sure this is the same juvie I saw the other day on the front branch and is probably what is keeping things stirred up at this nest this year
I adopted the Delta2 nest!
