A brief visit to the nest.





It looked as if she(?) was working on something in the nest, but I don't think she was eating because she was reaching too far forward. We are getting some snow (less there at this point than where I am), so she may have been checking to see if all was OK under the inch or two of snow it looks like they have so far.

She flew off to the left after a couple of minutes - and upon reflection, she was there when I brought the cam up, so I'm not sure how long she'd been at the nest.

I'm a little late posting, but one visited the nest from 7:38 to 7:42 am

March 4 5:20pm

Male arrived at the nest and busied himself moving the nesting materials about


Female joined him after a couple of minutes. She seemed to be doing a little bit of moving the material in the nest bowl - but did more standing about supervising


Both left. About 10 minutes later one - I think male - came back - stayed only about a minute

Adult arrives; gentlespirit from the Maine forum saw him bringing food



He goes up to the Y branch to wait



9:56 am
Second adult arrives - and claims the food.



10:01 am
Dad has left, and Mom is enjoying her breakfast.

10:12 am

Mom has finished her breakfast - and is settling into the nest. A bit of snow is gently falling.

Dad was in for a brief visit around 10:27 - she got up, and both did some looking and poking in the nest area. He left and Mom moved to the Y branch around 10:29, and is still sitting there now.

Mom flew off at 10:36 am

3:15pm

I am not sure when they landed. I looked over and both were on the nest. Dad watching Mom as she ate something. He turned to fly up to Y branch and Mom looked up with Food Hanging out of her mouth
