Mom sure made a mess of the nest with her furry meal! You are right, anna, Mom did look angry at Dad. This is a Mom eagle who wants what she wants--when she wants it!! I've observed that many times over the last several years!!

anna...Your top two pictures are of handsome Dad...only the bottom one is Mom. She has that gray coloring behind her eyes. You beat me to posting the pictures..you must have fast fingers!! I'm going to post mine anyway! These are all from between 3 and 4PM nest time (CST)

About 3PM Mom dropped down into the nest from a branch above.
