Good Morning Ozarks! Good Morning Pat and all!
Just a reminder that the cam is down until the middle of the week. In the meantime Thumper will try to capture a few photos if the opportunity arises of Elsie and Einstein. He saw the E's there around 7:15am this morning but it's so foggy he could barely see the nest. Maybe later in the day.
Here's a couple more photos Thumper posted at this thread from yesterday.

Good Evening Friends!
Just want to catch everyone up on the status of the cam. The part did not arrive today but is expected in tomorrow if all goes well. Thumper is re-thinking the placement of the cam His points are:
1 tree is dying,,, also limb is smaller than my wrist
2 no way of getting back to the cam if one of these wires comes loose or if power supply fries
3 the globe had cob webs inside of it and over the lens of the cam,,, may need yearly cleaning
4 will be real hard to find the birds if they are anywhere except in the nest,, they will be so close..

As I learn more, I will continue to keep everyone posted on when the cam will be back up and running!
Good Night All!

Hi Pat!
The bar above the nest is a new perch Thumper put up for Einstein to sit on. Did you notice the sign on the side of the nest?? It says" Elsie and Einstein's Pad".
One of the E's came by the nest around 1:30 PM. It flew in, sat a few minutes looking around as well as above at the perch and then flew off towards the left.

Here's 2 video's I made of the working on the cam yesterday.
