2:30pm

Watched for a bit. Stu stood up, stretched and then did a little wing work. Caught this image close up just before the cam zoomed out wider.

Sweet caption BET! I haven't been watching the cam for awhile...

3:11...S2 sleeping, and we have a closer-up view... Don't think he's been fed at all today, if things stay the same as almost everyday, we'll see the feedings later, around 4-5 o'clock and beyond....I know S2 has had a couple of PS's today, good one's too:p

3:15... Cam's moved out a bit, and someone's still tinkering with the cam...S2's head pops up once in awhile, but then he goes back to sleep........

3:21... Cam zoomed in again, love seeing the close-up markings on S2, they are beautiful! He's still sleeping...

I'm loving the learning experience from watching these sea eagles, obviously, I'm used to watching the bald eagles and I know their mannerisms and everything, so the differences between the two are really interesting! They say you learn something new everyday...I believe itSmile

3:32... S2 still sleeping...

3:51... S2 just got up a moment ago to change laying positions, and it looked like he had a bit of a crop...perhaps he has been fed when nobody was watching?

3:52... Parent on nest, S2 up waiting, then parent flew off, frustrating sigh sign

:hello:

4:02 pm

Stu in centre nest, right leg extended. I have been watching since 2:36, no food brought in so far today according to chatters. Stu has had a long wait for sustenance today, hope it comes soon.

4:06 Now standing and looking right, flapped wings. It looks breezy still.

Hi Bluebird1:hello:

It has been a rather uneventful day thus far...Hope to actually witness a feeding soon, I'm about to fall asleep where I sit

4:30... parent on the nest..and off...geeshPuzzled

4:50... Still no food for S2, not that he's gonna suffer any for one day...that's what his storage crop is for, but all the same, it's nice to see everyday feedings, at least it placates us humans!Smile

Hi tuckerfan,

Parents were around this morning but just with vegetation or quick visits like this last one.

I don't know what is up? Why no food today? I think there has only been one day so far that
Stu has gone without food this long, hope it arrives soon.sigh sign

4:37 Still in centre nest, cam has moved in again.

4:50 - 5:05 pm

Stu was at the center front of nest, sitting facing the cam and looking up - sooo cute!

Turned around and looked to the left, standing. Cute tail and lovely feathers.

Has to be feeling hunger pangs now, looks up to right, possibly Mum is there.

5:10 pm Preens a bit, looks up again, such a calm eaglet.

Now stands and picks at vegetation.

Good night , Debbie. I'm not long behind you.
