Hey Bev, it is awesome that you stopped in over here.....love seeing your smiling face.

Hi jas.......I loved your coming to the Hollow (Screech Hollow) as did everyone so please post with us when you have a moment. I love it here as you probably now know. We are having fun.

You picture of the lab swimming is pretty close, but this one will be better which I will post here now. Enjoy it....this is my Bleu loving life.

Hugs to all y'all,

Right now jas, I will gladly take those "cat days of winter" including the snow. That might, just possibly, cool things down here and help our lack of water? What a hoot!

Glad you enjoyed the picture. Would you believe she pushes off the wall, almost doing a non-head in flip turn?
And she is FAST especially if someone else is going after her toy.

wave HAPPY THURSDAY AFTERNOON MY FRIENDS! hug

Jas, I’m loving all your cute photos and captions. So your dream catcher is a “dust catcher” too, lol.
I just give it a good blow with the canned air I use for my computer and woohoo, it’s good as new! (you like that Carolyn?).
Here’s one of my favorite backyard birds for you. Right now, I just have two. One is friendly and the other just watches. I call out “Blue Boy” and here he comes swooping in for peanuts. In the mornings I always know where NW is because BB follows him wherever he goes squawking at him. When NW comes to the patio door to be let in after his little roam, BB will stand within 2 feet of him.

wave HI ((((((((((Bev)))))))))) Very nice to see you.......you get my email?

wave Carolyn ~ How you? How Bleu?
Hornby and Delta were the first two nests I watched four years ago. I loved both nests so much. I didn't join the Forum until '08. Last year after the sad, sad event with Phoenix, I stopped watching on a regular basis. Ma and Pa Hornby have a special place in my heart so I'll eventually go back.

:hello: HI Arlene ~ I only have a few things blooming right now. The Hibiscus pushes a bloom every once in awhile - the bougainvillas aren't blooming like they usually do. The minature Crepe Myrtle in the front is blooming ok. The Oleanders on the hill behind the pool don't look so good and they are drought-tolerant. Things should cool a bit mid-Septemberfingers crossed but we won't have any rain until late October, early November.

I still have more catching up.....oven buzzer going off so biscuits are done! Be back later.
