We had a busy weekend puppy sitting and then unexpected company so I really missed being here. I caught up a bit yesterday and all the way today.

Annie welcome back and sounds like a good trip you had!

Jean how is the rain???? Still coming down I hope as it will take a while for earth to absorb.

Lana I missed mentioning your stunning paintings. You do very lovely work!!! That is sure a way to spend a day and you can get lost painting all day!!
I am drawing a Fisher today for a friend and it is sure giving me grief!!!

The Fisher I am drawing has to go with this drawing of a Racoon!!! I did this about 3 years ago.......I don't know if I can sorta match it!!Yikes!

Gazing out over the waters we see so much of the past,
we know there is a future waiting for these eagles growing so fast.
We have hopes for their lives that they will live fully and be full,
of whatever they find, often nameless, to keep their families content.

Our time here has been long and short at the same time, which is a dilemma,
as we wonder where it went and if we can have it again.
While we know each moment is just that, a moment, never to be revisited,
we always have hopes for a bright tomorrow bringing joys anew to me and you.

It will be so, we know it too, we have seen it, we will see it again,
always in a different form maybe a mind's eye, which can be profound.
There is sound if you listen to the singing of your heart so you will know that
this story continues long into the future even with just words and sharing,

So thank y'all for caring........

That was beautiful and I can't see through the tears. So very true everything you say. I am still blown away by how much watching these babes have affected me (excuse me...have to run for a tissue!!!)
I know from joining my art sites how quickly friends can become close over the love (ok sometimes obsession!!!) of being focussed.
