We all go along for this incredible journey,
not knowing what will transpire and if it will be joyful,
we open our hearts hoping for soaring and watch each moment
for the start of the exploration forward.

The eagles start so little, hardly able to stand,
mom supports them, feeds them, loves them until they are grand.
We cannot believe the wingspan we see, as the moment comes
for them to be free.

This is their destiny one that is scary, and yet,
grand exploration into the bleu skies is not contrary
to what we would wish for ourselves if we could,
just fly like an eagle to soar beyond, oh I wish we would!

This is a little poem that I wrote this morning and thought you might enjoy. I am so glad to see Karen's beautiful kitty. I have a little ceramic kitty iin a tiny basket that looks just like that, but yours is much nicer!

Also, Naoma so glad to see you......I bet you are wishing along with me that this heat would dissipate!

The New York Legislature recently passed a bill that would help protect approximately 7,000 of the state's wild black bears by ending most commercial trade of bear gallbladders and bile. However, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has yet to sign this important bill into law - please urge him to sign the bill today.

Although the new law will not enact a complete ban on the trade of bear gallbladders and bile, as the original bill proposed, it will initiate several major improvements to the state's bear protection laws, including putting in place highly restrictive measures related to trade of bear gallbladders or bile.

Sign the petition and urge Governor Cuomo to sign this important legislation into law today.

I made it over here.. Not sure how much I will be chatting but I will try and check in from time to time.. I start College in 3 weeks and I'm sure I will be studying more then anything then.. I'm catching up on the posting, not much to watch at the nest, Charlie and Delta are out learning to be eagles, it's a beautiful hot day here and the beach looks lovely!

FRIENDS,
I feel just like this kitty............tired of the heat. It's even too hot to swim because the water is so warm. It is cooling to get in at night though, take a dip and sit on the patio with a nice lemonade.

Our nest has really been quiet today and I'm on the verge of :cry1: missing them....empty feeling.
