White-tailed eagle nest camera 2010

This camera is again up and running - and Sulev has already returned to check the nest!!

It is still snowy at the nest - but it has to stop snowing sometime - doesn't it??

Last year the branch holding the camera broke - but fortunately did not fall down - so this year the cmera has been fixed to the only remaining suitable branch!!
It is now about 2 metres from the centre of the nest - 1.5 metres from the edge - so we are expecting a good view!!

Don't forget they are 10 hrs ahead of Vancouver!!

It's a little hard to see but Linda and Sulev were both on their snowy nest yesterday in this pic. They say if things get "busy" on the nest that they will turn the cam on!!
