Thanks for the pictures, urban Eagle and littledevils - nice to see another perspective!
Tenas Chakchak is definitely doing very well in the "perching motionless for hours" part of her training!
(Richard was doing maintenance on the forum and website yesterday, littledevils, and while it was only supposed to be offline for 20 minutes or so, it was quite a bit longer for some folks. I can bore you with the details if you want. )

Was back there at around 12:30 today and had lunch at Cambridge Park with my dog and my new foster dog... Tenas is perched underneath the nest.
Had the camera with no zoom with me but you can see her sit there

Well now, that is indeed a telling picture littledevils! Even when we think we can see every where she might go... she can still be on the tree and not in our range. For next year we must insist on a camera looking up the tree from the ground... I will just be happy if we can have sound and the 2 cameras we alredy have!!

Thank you gemini! it's a real treat to see the whole family.
Thanks to you too urban Eagle! I wonder who will catch Chakchak in flight first? I keep hoping that with the nest camera pulled back like it is that we might get lucky and see her leave the tree.

Sorry I was out most of the day but I did go out there around 8:00 pm today and all 3 were on the tree.. One below the nest and then one on either side of the nest... the sun was right behind the nest so it was hard to make out who's who but there were definitely 3 eagles on the tree. From observations of the past few days, Tenas Chakchak can often be found on a branch below the nest so my guess was that the parents were on either side of the nest and the baby below but I can't be sure as it was just bad light tonight and I only got the silhouettes.

Thanks so much for the report, littledevils! I'm going to see if Richard can pan the cam down a little bit to include the branches Tenas Chakchak seems to prefer these days.
So happy to hear you saw all three of them.
