Hi Linda. Go to your Account Settings and in the About You section you will see a place for your avatar. On this forum, it's called phot rather than avatar. It can be 100x100 pixels.

Thanks Velma, I did see that photo area and I was afraid it wanted my photo. No way I thought! I will now use it for my avatar, an eagle. Thanks a lot.

Hi deewerms! you need to be sure that the the [u-r-l ] in the bracket at the end of the link has a forward slash at the beginning like this [ / u- r- l ] That is the only thing I can see that isn't correct...
