The male flies into the nest from the rear and then I have both parents on the nest with the eaglets!!!!

The male flies off and perched over the nest. It was very exciting to see the parents and eaglets at the nest together. I can't wait for my next visit and to check out the Lock and dam nest too. Those eaglets will be about the same age as these eaglets. Both pairs started incubation around the same time.

Thanks Scott, I agree it is well worth the drive and wait. I have discovered from watching this nest and the Lock and Dam nest that it doe take lots of patients. I was delighted to see the second eaglet when it popd its head up. I will be heading to both nests soon as I get back from Canada. The eaglets grow so fast, that I'm sure they will look much different the next time I see them.Smile
