Hey Lori and Judy!

Judy, read my post a few up. Black Eagle Project Roodekrans and Africam are aware the cam is down. If it's the cam itself, there may not be much they can do about it at this point. Since these eagles are endangered, I'm sure they can't go into the nest with eagles present and eggs in the nest. We'll just have to be patient until they can figure things out, and hopefully get the cam back up and running again.

Lori, there may be a huge echo in here when both eggs hatch!

It's been almost a week now that the cam has been down, and from what I can find out, no one knows when the cam will be back online.

I just checked again, and no word on when, or if, the cam will be back.

nightowl, well the way it looked and ran it may be a blessing if it stays down then next season they can spend some money and get a better set up

Good morning - or good afternoon, as the case may be! I've just heard from the folks at Africam, and the cam is back online! They say that the eggs are not visible, but it's close to time for the eggs to hatch, and we should be able to see the chick or chicks after a few days.

Well, I thought since I don't have to get up early in the morning, I'd watch the cam. After spending about 5 minutes watching the COD, I gave up. I don't know if the cam is really down or if it's just my dumb luck.
