I'm thinking that there were two eggs last year, and only one hatched. I must admit I'm sort of hoping that happens this year also. I'm also glad that we don't have a good view of the nest cup. This is nature - but I do choose which parts of nature I focus on.

Judy, I think you're right about there being another egg in the nest. I seem to remember that now that you mentioned it. I think I came to this nest a little late...Bafana had already hatched. for this year, too.

Well...I did get the cam but all I can see is the tail end of an eagle.

Almost 2 hours later, and I"m looking at the same view...just with more light now.

Well, it's 7:19AM in Johannesburg and no cam. All I'm getting is static and the COD.

I sure hope that they can get this cam fixed!!
