Good morning!

Thanks for the s'caps Jean and Judy! You guys always seem to be around when the little stinker is up and more active. I think he knows when I'm going to be around and hides. Like now...

9:17AM CAT The cam appears not to be working...I'm getting a black screen with fuzzy horizonal lines through it. Kinda like an old B & W TV till you whack it on the side. Maybe it will be up later. I haven't been able to find any info on why it's down either.

The cam is still down this morning. I tried to bring it up around 7:00am and now at 8:15am. I'll keep trying throughout the morning. Doesn't look like we will get to see the little one today.

Wow nightowl! Those are great s'capes. Now why aren't we that lucky to see the little chick like that!?? Guess we are when photo opportunities like that are there!

Morning Nightowl and Tweet Dreams can't get on the cam this morning but Nightowls captures from the nest are just great and made my day. What a sweet little eaglet.

Glad you guys like the photos! They weren't taken from the cam, but by photographer Garth Heydenrych for BEPR. I have NO idea how he got those, or where he was to get them. The color and clarity is so much better than what we see on the cam.

These 2 photos show where the cam is and the waterfall beside the nest



Looking at the photo of the waterfall, I'm not sure exactly where the nest is located...and still doesn't answer my question on where in the world was the photographer was to get those photos. I know he had to have one fantastic zoom, and couldn't get close to the nest during nesting season, but the photos are at nest level.

The cam is running this morning! I will only be home till around 9:15am (EDT) and then I am heading over to Augusta, GA to shop with a friend. A fun day!!
