There's finally an update on FB from Black Eagle Project Roodekrans.

the chick is doing well and growing fast, unfortunately it still hides behind the rock but will venture out when it is a bit bigger. There seems to be enough prey for them. We will be uploading more photo's next week for you. The cam is very tempremental and seems to only work once it has warmed up after these cold nights we are having.

Thanks for the facebook update, nightowl. I did capture a little white fur sitting near the edge of the rock this morning. Hopefully we will soon get some good shots of the full body of this "shy" one!

Look closely and you can see a little white. It looks like her head is nestled in some green bedding.

Emoyeni is feeding the chick. It's a long feeding this time.

Waiting for another bite!

Soon it will be dark at the Gardens. It looks like Emoyeni is sitting back in the Crevice. At least I was able to get a small peek at our little eaglet today. Maybe tomorrow she will venture out further in the nest!??
