Did anyone else see that?! Pa is still on the nest eating and all of a sudden he stood there and blasted off a huge poop shot, then went back to eating his fish. LOL

Wow he just left at 3:30, not before he let another one fly He slowly pecked away at his fish, looking all around, waiting for his mate to arrive but she was a no show.

awww great shots and notes you guys! Terrific to see you back Rose for another striped baby year! I was out all afternoon and am starving now so I'll fire the cam up later when I'm settled in. Hope they come back

So yesterday, I'm on my local weather network website and on the site, people can post pictures. As I'm looking at some of them that were taken yesterday, I come upon this picture... the poster was from the Kitchener area. Well my first thought is, oh my, is this our Zeus and Hera? If it is them, check out their different markings. The area around the collar I noticed first. They are just a beautiful pair.

I have seen the area on her collar/neck called a "necklace". Usually it is far more pronounced on the females.

Hi Wolphie, that is interesting how the females have the "necklace". The adult males chest are plain white. That will be a great help in identifying them on the nest.
