Sunday June 26 2011 a visit to Vanier produced one eaglet to capture as the second eaglet was lying down in thye nest and I could just get an outline of eaglet two clicX2

June 26 2011 Vanier nest another angle capture of one of the two eaglets clic X2

Friends of these Eagles,are second stop on rounds after N.B.We arrived shortly after 2pm With Ma on her favrite perch in the nest tree. Set up by the coast gaurd building and managed a few pic's Found out by one of the passer by's that Pa was siting on the other side of the nest tree (went for a pic but he wasn't being camera friendly.Both eaglets are still in the nest with some nest hopping and winging they should start branching this week.Talons crossed that they will wait till we get back from F.F.next week

Saturday night around dusk at Vanier nest in the monsoons July 16th 2011
both parents on the nest and one eaglet out on the branch
Could here the trills of another eaglet either in the nest or close to the nest and could not see it for the folage
captures all of the same eaglet branching

Documented today by gary and judy who were at Vanier eagles nest Tuesday July 19th at 8:00PM PDT saw large female eaglet fledge and fly off the nest tree branch on east side and fly to west side of tree where she landed with her brother a smaller darker eaglet sitting on branch in the sunset
