Ground Observer Reports from sassyk and Kat - one of the eaglets was perched on a branch about 1/3 of the way down the tree; he or she was seen there at about 3 pm when Kat visited and again at 4:51 pm when sassyk visited - link

5:33 am - two eaglets in the nest, perched on the branch at the back

6:08 am - food drop; adult is rushed by the two eaglets on the nest; food item looks substantial; adult feeds one eaglet while the other grabs some bites on its own; after a few minutes, one of the eaglets (#2/Snuggles?) grabs the food while the other screeps a protest

6:30 am - more food may have been delivered, and it looks as if the other eaglet is being fed; or adult may have reclaimed the food from the chick that grabbed it (morning light makes it hard to see what's happening through the stains on the cam); by 7 am both eaglets were branching and adult still had some fish left, so I think both were well fed

7:20 am - adult still on nest; at least one observer thought she could occasionally hear a distant call from the fledgling; feeding one of the eaglets at 7:27 am

8:43 am - major flapping by one of the eaglets; whole nest shook
