Both lets are trying to dig in under Mum - not to keep warm - for the shade Smile

I have been puzzling over the strange animal on the far side - does this nest have a cuddly toy?

yep, Pat B.
That toy squirrel was brought in by mom -late morning on Friday 4/27.
It startled all of us... and it took a few moments to figure it out. For me it was the eyes ...and feet that didn't look anything like a real rodent.
Then someone saw the tag on its hind end.... an item not found in nature. I think we all had a good laugh.. except that I felt bad for mom who was trying to take care of her babies.

Thanks for the info. I, too, missed the arrival and scanned back to read about it. Didn't see any posts, so must have missed them, too.
The stuffy seems to be much cleaner now than when it arrived!
