4:35pm.......Dad comes down into the nest and one eaglet quickly stumbles over to him and gets in the shade of its body. It is warm in the sun and the babies are panting.

4:59pm............Dad is back on the lookout while the bobbles remain in the nest (of course, where else would they be?)

Just read today's posts. Sorry there were so many intruders today! Thanks for all the super observations and pictues this morning. It is good to see some new names here.

The weather for the next few days is meant to be even warmer.
Hope the babes get enough to stay hydrated.
I don't really doubt that they will... but its been a challenging couple of days

One parent landed on the WA cam.. and then flew off over the bay.
Haven't seen the intruder this time... Maybe Dad went fishing

OMG! Both have humongous crops. They fall over head first cause they are so top heavy. LOL
