10:11-10:13a - Dad arrives and Mom flies out shortly thereafter. Both trill warnings.
Dad stands at the top of the nest checking around the area and glances at the chicks before
moving around to settle. Echo and Foxy looked expectantly at him but no dice, no feeding.

10:14 am -Pa settles to brood

10:26 am -Pa watching the downstairs neighbour birds

10:13-10:35a - Dad brooding at 12 in the blowing wind. Little peeps from the
eaglets once in a while.

The issue with the freezing is complicated and yep, it is frustrating. It is being worked on and
hopefully we will have a resolution soon.....hang in there.

10:43pm.......Good morning all! It seems that Dad is on the nest being alert as usual. Other than that there is not much happening. There is a bit of a wind today but should be drier than the last few days. In regards to the camera, I know it is frustrating. I have done my fair share of grumbling too........but we must remember that this service is free to us and if it were not for HWF, we would not be watching any of this nest at all. Perhaps, giving a donation, if you haven't already done so, would help to make some necessary improvements. Thanks to the generosity of the owner of this land we find our nest on and thanks to the generosity of all people who have helped in any way! Let's try to keep a positive frame of mind and enjoy what has been given to us! (Sorry, hope I didn't offend anyone, but just sharing my thoughts).

11:06pm.......Dad is staying on the nest keeping the wee ones warm. One bobblehead is peeking out from underneath Dad. It was chirping quite a bit and was opening and closing its beak as it talked. A train came by, seemed really loud, and this little one seemed to disappear underneath Dad. When all was quiet again, it reappeared!

11:11 Did dad find a stuffed toy or is that really a rodent??

11:11pm.......Mom showed up.......missed the fly in. I see a squirrel in the nest now and assume Mom brought that with her. The babes are extremely interested in what is happening.
