8:52am.............Good morning Annie, Cococat, Tina, jkr and Fairydust! Is today the day?? Mom is just standing in the nest, not doing much. Dad is on the lookout. I have stopped guessing the day as we have had a few false alarms. I will be happy with any day!

The fact that Mom is just standing there makes me think she is ready to lay an egg. She must have had some breakie as I notice the red on her beak.

Hello from a friend of the abandoned Sydney nest now lurking in the background here at Whiterock and waiting patiently for Ma - whenever you're ready.

What's all that construction noise? Hope it's not something that's going to impinge on this wonderful eagle family. Does anyone know?
