5:48p - Dad is making a real dent in the prey. Mom's been gone for 3 hours,
highly unusual behavior for her.


5:54p - Last bites. That was large and he didn't finish it. Nestovers for Mom
if some thief doesn't show up. I suspect Dad probably isn't far away.


5:55p - He takes a look around and takes off.


Have to finish making dinner...bbl...out at 6:07p.

6:13pm Pa back in, eating again, guess he couldn't find Ma

6:24pm Finally both together again, but just fixing the (annies) bobble bowl.

6:19p ~ pa sure is chowing down!

HI Jo, Carole & Tina. Thank you for your reports and captures. Sooooo Mom did finally
come in. You saying she didn't eat anything? Hmmmmm, that girl was out there chowing
down without Dad! He does most of the work so he deserved the nice meal, lol.

6:36p - Empty nest and tree. The nestover is going to look mighty appealing if another
bird spots it.

Thanks to everyone for all the great pictures. Everytime I am back to my computer, I am looking for Eggs! Excited for another wonderful few months watching and waiting for the new babies to fledge. I watched the Sidney nest last year, and held my breathe for many weeks over Flyer!!
