3:08pm Pa flew back in and started nestorizing right away

3:10pm He's moving whatever that is to the other side of the nest

3:26pm Still standing guard and waiting for Ma

3:32pm Decides to test out the bowl and move a bit of greenery around

3:42pm ~ pa is keeping an eye on something going by




Jo & Annie Can't stay long. Just needed an eagle fix.

I was watching the eagles earlier and recorded a few videos of them in and out of the nest. I had the recorder on the CU cam when Mom was perched on the side of the nest watching Dad nestorating and trying out the nest bowl. Mom turned around and stuck her tail end up as if she thought Dad was going to mate with her but Dad flew off instead, then Mom followed. I quickly switched to the WA cam and caught them mating at the top of the evergreen tree down by the water. Click the link in my signature line to see the videos on my YouTube channel. 3:53-:54p - Dad's been in the nest quite a long time doing this 'n that, standing looking a lot
waiting for Mom no doubt. I'm sure he doesn't want to leave with the food sitting back there.
Dad getting traction to squiggle into the nest bowl. He's funny when he lazily attempts
a little nestoration from his prone position.

Annie, I've been watching the eagle in the nest for the past while and was thinking it is Mom getting ready to lay an egg I can't tell them apart yet

Dad? was standing so still for such a long time. Till 4:49 pm then moved and did some nestorations and back to standing, waiting for Mom. Or maybe its Mom waiting for Dad lol
