Wooh What a definite surprise to meet you and Mr. SC in Davis Bay today Marg! We continued our journey into Mission Point Park and then into the nest neighbourhood before we spied an eagle, high up in the nest tree! Cheers We both thought it looked more like Pa.
I'm including the first 2 pics with suspicions of possible scarring on his face. Cry I hope not!

On leaving Davis Bay I spotted an eagle atop a tree in behind the washrooms. We were moving, no pics. One of our local pair, another of a local pair or an intruder? Chin

Hello Morning! David and I had reason to go to Sechelt yesterday so drove past the Shoreline nest. An adult flew north over the highway and over the new homes being built atop the great wall. We saw none near the nest nor in the perch tree the opposite end of the subdivision but perhaps the adult we spotted was a Shoreline one. fingers crossed
Walked in Snickett Park, no eagles seen. Sad Then on to Davis Bay and the Stalashen nest...no one home there either. Sad One eagle sighting is better than none!! Sitting eagle

Good afternoon! I agreee Sandra seeing one is better than none - exciting.

We have seen a few eagles in our area flying over lately.

Today, around 8:30a.m. we saw one eagle flying down towards the ocean then it flew sharply to the left across to the trees a few blocks from us.

Later, at 9:50a.m. I was driving to Halfmoon Bay and spotted one eagle in the Shoreline nest.Clapping

No eagles spotted at the Seaview nest. On my return no eagles spotted.

BTW when we saw you the other day Sandra we saw a seal when we were near the pier. Grin It quickly disappeared and headed off somewhere else.

Wooh Good eagle sightings Marg, especially to confirm at least 1 is back at Shoreline. A seal sighting too. Well done. Left thumb up
