Hi Sandra, glad that you got to see one of the Stalashen eagles the pictures are so clear thank you.

Today, for the first time since coming home I set up the telescope and lo and behold one eagle flew into the perch tree and a few seconds later the other one appeared, this was around 9:15a.m. It happened so quickly, when I look at the picture I see another eagle in a nearby tree. CLICK 2X. I have circled them in red.

The weed trees are growing taller and partly obscure the nest now but we can take the pics from our deck later in the season.

Haven't seen the eagles yet today but it is a beautiful, sunny day here in Davis Bay so I'm sure they are around.

Wonderful to know they are both back Marg, and with at least 1 of their offspring. One of the residents there did say there were 2 youngsters around. We drove under the nest yesterday at about 1:30 to find no one there but it was such a dreary wet day I wasn't really expecting anyone to be around. We have snow on the Coastal Mountains out front now.

8:20a.m.today. No eagles seen at the Stalashen Nest.

Thank you Pat, it's good to be back but had a great time in Jolly Old.....

Thursday - stopped by the Seaview Nest but no eagles seen there (approx. time 4:03p.m.).

Ditto at the Shoreline Nest.

Local eagle spotted on October 27th. CLICK 2X.

One eagle in the Stalashen nest tree, it flew out immediately after I took the pic.

11:44a.m. Caught the two of them- one in the nest other on a branch.
