Thanks for the video link Bev ; Mom really had a hard time with that egg. You never really see the third egg clearly in that video but it is great labor video; Mom had such a hard time bless her heart ...you could see her straining; and pushing down several times and even cheeping in a few places. I had to wait a long time to see that third egg clearly but so happy I did it was worth the wait . So happy for this family

Wonderful news! Do you know when the third egg was laid? I watched the video, but there didn't seem to be a timestamp on it - I can use 9:15 pm, but it sounds as if it was quite a bit earlier, and Mom rested up before giving folks a glimpse of the new arrival.

(Each egg must take quite a bit of energy - so by the time the third one arrives, Mom must not have a whole lot to spare. )

Judy I would estimate the time to be about 650 pm or so. We could wait to see what RRP puts down as the official time but I know it was just before 7 I think.

everybody!! Great news on Decorah!! I had nearly given up on a third egg for this pair. Mom sure surprised me!! I'm so eggcited for them!!!

Bev ...Wherever did you find that astounding video??? It has to be the best one I have ever seen of an eagle laying an egg....giving birth I would say...poor dear!!

JudyB...Whoever made the video has a time of 6:47Pm, CST right above it.....I don't know if that is the exact time.

Time will tell if that strange egg is good...maybe we will see triplet baby bobbleheads here again this year!!!!!!

I sure hope my darn PC gets fixed fast!!! This laptop doesn't want to do scaps and we can't figure out why. That pretty much limits me to Blackwater and CRC as far as scaps go since they aren't streaming. I think I will go look at the dailies!!
