I think this last scap just says it all!!

Our beautiful Decorah family has had another wonderful, successful year. Once again they raised and fledged three great. healthy looking eaglets (except for all the bugs!!) These parents seem to like the number three as in triplets. D1 is being followed by Raptorresource using her transmitter and has been up in the Wisconsin/Minnesota area and was actually photographed there. I have received word from my contact at Raptorresource that when they clean the cams they will remove that bunch of red twine or string or whatever it is from the nest. They are anxious to find out just what it is. This year's three new eagles are off on their adventures and on their way to becoming beautiful white-headed adults. We wish them good luck with their search for food and many great thermals to soar on. God speed little ones!!
