Hi: 37° Snow likely with pockets of rain...freezing rain and sleet this morning...then rain this afternoon. Little or no snow and sleet accumulation. Ice accumulation around a trace. Highs in the upper 30s. South winds around 5 mph...becoming east this afternoon. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

Lo: 28° Rain with a chance of snow in the evening...then partly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow after midnight. Not as cold with lows in the lower 30s. South winds around 5 mph... Becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

Sure do understand how you feel about the "lousy" weather. I spent a good many winters in the northwest and on the Great Plains. BRrrr. The nest is beautiful in the snow though.

8:09 am, Nest still empty. Even the tree is beautiful; don't know my trees very well.
