Hello Scott, I just got caught up with your wonderful photos from Eagles Heaven. It looks like your eagles are fledging around a month after the eaglets did in my area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful eagles and surroundings with us my friend.:hello:

thanks Scott for the side stop on your errand by the eagles nest, beautiful circling and flying off captures of dad, love the way he had tightly tucked feet under the tail, and beautiful eaglet and mom shots also, enjoyed seeing them all, and hope you get some more before the juvies leave the area.

Thank you Lori, Naoma, Nanc, Linda, Doreen, & Marg for the nice comments. Smile
Turbo charged is a great description of the swallows in flight Lori. Titter

I stopped at the Prest nest this afternoon to see if the eagles were still around. Mrs. B said they were at the nest yesterday but hadn't seen or heard any today.
The 2nd eaglet fledged sometime last week. Off to the next nest check.
When the Patterson nest was in sight I could see an adult perched in it's favorite spot. No sign of the eaglet in the area so it must have fledged too.

Heading to the next nest I came across a heron and some ducks along Camp River.

No eagles at either the Gill Rd. or Kitchen Rd. nests. A turkey vulture soared past the Kitchen nest.

Just around the corner there was a flock of red-winged blackbirds on the road and many perched in the area.
