Looks like we've got bugs to work out. I can't even get the picture now. Not surprised though...first day...probably lots of traffic on the website. I'm sure they'll get all the problems worked out by nesting time. Just happy to have the cameras back. Cal04, I tend to panic sometimes, but given a little time (sometimes lots of time lol) I settle down and get things figured out. I do appreciate having the opportunity to watch our special eagles.

Was able to see P & L today around 4:45 pm. Both were on the Victory Branch, then one by one hopped down into the nest for some nestorations. After doing some home improvement projects, they headed down to the lower branch for some pair bonding. Lots of calling between the pair, and I had just run out of space on my memory card, so I missed it while I tried to switch cameras~darn!

Here are some shots that I took of the happy couple....
First one is without the spotting scope and gives a nice view of the nest and the nest tree(almost no leaves left!!!)..

The other 2 were with the scope when I first got down there and they were standing guard...

Wet and rainy here today, but nothing real heavy. I was still able to get down there and snap a few shots and some video of P & L on Lover's Limb. Not much activity today, just a lot of preening!

I've been trying out my newer camera these past few days and I can take video without the spotting scope! That means my newer videos will be a lot less shaky than my previous videos!!!

Nice pictures, eaglewoman. I drove by once today and didn't see any eagles.

hi eaglewoman, thanks for the updates and pictures; i have not been very adverturesome lately......seems like 3 weeks! love riding my bike on the new turtle bay to hilltop pathway along hwy 44. its been a very popular route for walkers,runner,bikers,etc. i saw P & L on the tb webcam via my computer yesterday afternoon. getting lousy reception again this year, darn!

I thought you'd be enjoying that new bike trail eagletwatcher! Sorry that your reception is so lousy, the eaglecam has not looked real good to me yet either, but I was thinking it was the rainy weather maybe?
I haven't seen the eagles on the eaglecam yet, only in person. Maybe I'll have better luck this week...

Sorry Gang, no luck tonite!
I was down there from 4:15-5:00 pm Monday at dusk waiting for P & L to show up, but they were no where in sight!
As I was driving home at 5:05, I spotted them on the Victory Branch~so they just arrived a bit later tonite.

I also saw Liberty on the top of the tree I call the "Christmas Tree", which is across the highway from the nest. She was up there at 2:30pm when I was driving by earlier today.
Really wet and rainy again today, we need some sunshine around here to dry us out!
