Have had the nest up for a few hours. No sign of
Mom or Dad.

Windy and overcast at the nest.
Isolated showers in the forecast for today.
11 C and the Wind is currently from the west at 24 km/hr

310 pm
Strong windy gusts at times......no sign of Mom
or Dad while I was watching.

515 pm
Daylight is fading.

This nest seems to be taking a bit of a beating from
the wind today.

I am beginning to wonder if Ma and Pa will restore
this nest or whether they will build elsewhere.
I guess they can restore the nest in plenty of time
too so it will be interesting to see what they do.

I hope Mom and Dad are hunkered down safe and sound
for the night.

Looks like a sunny day at the nest but
with a light breeze.

Current conditions 9 C with W at 7 km/hr
Nest is presently empty.

You can definitely see that some of the
branches have been rearranged by
the winds a bit....and the second opening near 2 appears
to be a bit bigger today although it could the lighting
making it seem bigger than it actually is...but sure looks bigger to me
this morning.

Happy New Year's Eve PH

Apparently, K10 Dad was seen at the nest early this morning.....Jann aka Eagle Duo recorded
Dad's visit and made a video woo hoo. Dad looks strong, healthy and very regal too

Happy New Year PH

The IWS crew adjusted the cam today....and we have a much improved view of the nest and nest area big to Don, Helen and the IWS team

We have a much improved view of the nest and
area now! The nest looks so much better now that
we can see most of the nest now ....

Nest is empty.

The IWS crew have been making adjustments
to the cam and they panned the area for us too.

Empty Nest.
Lots of rain and wind at the nest today.
The nest bowl sure does look like there has
been some new nesting materials to the nest recently.

Current conditions 12 C and overcast skies.
