Good Morning Nester Buds

I am running late this morning actually it is Casper's day at the vet so I had pre-arranged a later start today. Casper is scheduled to get his annual shots and a nice new haircut

Well the doggies and our wascal roadie have just left the north pole they are headed southbound and then onward to all nester ports The sled is bursting at the seams with pipin hot tims and all of your favorite treats so time to kick back and enjoy all your favorite treats guaranteed to bump start your day and week yep yep yep.

Let's Try it Again!!

Karen has told me that David has scheduled
a crane for the two Delta nests for this Wednesday Sept. 21
I am not going to ask her for a time at each nest... Just keep your eyes peeled and spread the word if you see them.

NOTE: this refers to The Delta 2 Nest and the Delta OWL nest.

Well Nester Buds it was back to the grind for me again today; felt like I never left and I be missing Mr. Debs even more now ...counting the sleeps till we reunited again.

Jude You are so right.....Casper did not like getting his hair cut ; they wanted to sedate him but I said No Way hose aye so Casper got his hair cut in stages . Apparently Casper was not at all impressed with his shots or getting a micro chip implanted either and he was not at all shy about telling them that either So glad to hear you got a wee bit of rain now that more rain is on the way yep yep yep.

John Hope your "chiro" treatments are helping you and that you have your mobility back yep yep yep. You are welcome ...

Terry I really wish I was going to be there again....I really enjoyed my last adventure with David and Karen ...was the best yep yep yep! Not in the cards this year I am afraid...

Well Nester Buds time for me to unwind from today and spend some time pampering my widdle Casper ; he is purring in my lap as we speak and busy marking me with his scent

Here is a couple snappies from my adventure with hubby last week enjoy.

Taking the scenic route...meaning the back 40 route and look what we encountered on our way to a bird sanctuary


When we finally found a spot where we could see this side of the lake (bird sanctuary) we saw a bird of prey fly down and pick up a small meal ....with its talons.


Shooting in to the sun unfortunately but you can see the trumpeter swans in this capture and there were many many swans along side of hundreds of geese and other birds. This sanctuary is close to the airport too....a concern for sure.
