I feel bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning ....it feels like snow here this morning ....all the cloud cover look so much like snow clouds Sooooo cool so the tims is tasting even finer this morning yep yep yep Now the sun is peeking thru the clouds so hopefully we get some sunshine this afternoon yep yep yep. Although it is unfortunate that there will not be a cam allowing us to watch Ma and Pa Sidney at their new nest this upcoming season I am very happy that this beautiful pair constructed a new nest as we all feared the dead tree or their nest would crumble with kids in it, which would have been devastating for us all. The Sidney family has grown leaps and bounds since 2006 and I am very excited to be apart of this very special family and I wish Ma and Pa Sidney continued success in their new location!!

Warmest and heartfelt thanks to David Hancock and his fantastic team for trying so hard ....giving it your very best to secure a cam at the new Sidney nest ...we know how special the Sidney Family is to you too David so so much for giving it your best!!! You da best yep yep yep . Heartfelt thanks to the Epicure Family too for sharing their "living space" with this huge Sidney family we appreciated all that you did to accommodate us too!!

To our fantastic ground crew we will be leaning on you more than ever to provide us with updates on this precious family Heartfelt thanks to each of you for all that you do for us to keep us in the know and informed we wuv you for it to you all.

To all of you...our Sidney family it truely has been a pleasure sharing these past six seasons along side each of you Heartfelt thanks to all of you too ...our family is special because of you . and the next chapter with Ma and Pa Sidney will undoubtedly be a new beginning full of surprise and promise and I foresee many more great times shared together so hang in there .

Now...would it not be funny if Ma and Pa Sidney returned in a few weeks only to build another ....new nest.... a second nest....can it happen has it happened yep yep yep it has...it happened this season.... to the Pelican Harbor family K10 and K26 .....they built two new nests ....yep it is a long shot here ...but those that know me....know that I am one for always holding out hope ....

Big hugs to Ma and Pa Sidney and to our entire Sidney Family here. Look forward to sharing the next chapter along side each of you....yep yep yep I do

Lonette Your memorial cards are beautiful too. Hubby and I have been watching the coverage on 9-11 all day today....very nice to see everyone around the globe come together in times like this ...that is very powerful and hopefully it never ever happens again!!

Now time for me to get a few things done , inbetween watching the 9-11 coverage and the nests, before supper time. We are having a feast of garden veggies for supper...thanks to the farmers market here

Thank you for the update on the juvie... we will all storm heaven for him/her.... thankful he /she is getting the best of care... beautiful cards you posted today and love the Collage of Ma and PA Sidney... We went up to a Park close to our home this afternoon.. beautiful view of the Halifax Harbor and the sail boats ... took a few pictures...was able to get a nice one of the light house also ... will post them later when i download them...

Thanks for the info by David, Debs! That's sure disappointing to have an end to cams in Ma and Pa's Sidney nest. I must contact the Ground Crew down there to see what they are up to.

John You are very welcome! Tis....sad ....but the new chapter will be exciting too hey. Our devoted ground crew will be happy to hear from you...and I know they will do their very best to keep us informed yep yep yep. Guess I will have to plan a holiday to the island next summer to visit our friends there!!

Now the doggies and our wuvable wascal roadie are "mushing" southbound with scheduled stops at all nester ports. First stop Saint John's then to all points east, west, south and back north again . The sled is bursting at the seams with pipin hot tims freshly made doughnuts cookies, muffins and ice cold Ice Caps and Berry Berry yum yums smoothies so time to kick back and enjoy your morning fix ...guaranteed to bump start your day yep yep yep
