HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL OUR WONDERFUL NESTER MOMS!!

It was after midnight when we arrived home last night and I haven't unpacked yet so this is a very short post Roll eyes We have to go grocery shopping this morning as we cleaned out the fridge before we left. No buffet breakfast in the Lido Restaurant or Rotterdam dining room waiting for us this morning Laugh After 26 days of being spoiled, it's back to reality sigh sign I have thousands of pictures to upload, dozens of emails to read, and lots of laundry to do Oh My I'll be very busy the next few days trying to catch up on all the news around the forum but I'll be back tomorrow.

We spent a few hours with JudyB and her hubby Charlie in Bar Harbor and had a wonderful time. Bev came to the terminal in Halifax to meet me and we had a fantastic visit; it was like we have known each other for years hug She is such a dear sweet lady, and I couldn't believe she is actually shorter than me Grin

Sending hugs to Judy/sj and Debs hug

Wishing all the Moms a wonderful special day today hug

Gooood Sunday morning Sitting eagle Nesters and Happy Mother's Day to our Nester Moms!

Welcome home Kay! I'm sure the shock of starting your regular routine will wear off quickly! Grin

Jwnix, many of us met JudyB when she attended a Sidney Fledge Fest a few years back! She brought red lobster pins representing her state of Maine! A very neat idea! I still have it on my Eagle hat! She is a true eagle lover!

Off now to light candles and walk! happy Cool hug hug Nodding Left thumb up Whistling wave

Speaking of Mother's Day.......................looks like Ma Sidney has done it again and has 3 chicklets in the nest. No rest for that gal or for Pa who is busy providing for another full house of kids. Smile

GREAT NEWS, Elle!!! no doubt their new nest would feel empty with ONLY 2 chicks!!!

I'm watching 3 RT hawk chicks on what looks to be too small (to me) ledge in WI and hard to imagine that nest supporting 5 birds in a few weeks......

http://metobs.ssec.wisc.edu/aoss/camera ... flash.html

like eaglets, these chicks have BIG yellow feet!!!
fascinating what we can learn from these cameras!!

another lessson in why we need MORE TREES available!!!!

you were much more successful at putting pics here. I tried for 15 min to get them up, and kept getting the link and not the picture.

they are adorable to watch. and i got a kick out of the disclaimer that the sponsors do NOT support things that may be written on the wall/parking lot. so far I'm only aware of one such sign that has been removed.
lot of dog walkers go down that wall with the patch of grass.....
