FYI - I just received an email with a link to click that appeared to come from Debs, and I'm guessing it's not from her, so please be careful about clicking anything unless you're sure the email is really from her. And, upon reflection, that's probably good advice in general, not just when you suspect a friend's email account was hacked.

as Judyb suggested, Debbie 's system was hacked.....I notified her this morning to tell her and of course she'd already been told about it by many. the mail appears to come from a legitimate company in USA but it is an ad for 'work at home'business. I did not open her mail, and did look up; that which was contained in it.

ETA: I've deleted misinformation I had here.

Yes my "old email address" was hacked yet again.....

Thanks to everyone that contacted me.

I was able to access that old account and I personally deleted the entire contact/addresses then I closed that account. All of you should have my current email address.

Sorry for the inconvience this caused and I encourage those of you that got spammed to run a virsus check; everyone I have talked to has not had any virsuses attached with the spam mail but best to run
a scan just to be safe.

Judy We know how very difficult today and tomorrow will be.... as you say your final goodbye to your beloved Steve ... we are here for you; keeping you close in our hearts and in our thoughts and prayers Sending you lots of "good energy & light" and all our love from your entire family here .
