So happy you have that Kick Butt attitude on and with a wee bit of eastern charm too wuv it ...so happy to see you perched here see I be doing the moon dance what a great Anniversary gift Please give Steve our love today and tell him we are sending the Zamboni (thanks Diana) and of course its bursting at the seams with all of your favorite things including lots of kick butt Tims too. Sometimes we forget that caffine has amazing pain killer ability too so tell Steve he can drink as much Tims as he wants Hope you both feel better soon yep yep yep.

Jude Wonderful to see you perched today Aww thanks so much Jude and the Dew ~~ I just played the "Have I Told You Lately" Rod Stewart tune you sent me and Darryl even hummed and sang parts of the song to me so sweet hey...thanks for thinking of us you da best . We have an exciting day of chores planned then maybe go for supper tonight Actually its fun chores getting ready for my new computer that was shipped yesterday...so have to get my office a make over to accommodate my new hardware...can you imagine I will have a 24 inch screen. Cannot wait.

Bev Sorry I missed your Monkey Teddy for Nixen he will absolutely wuv it I just uploaded it to my phone and sent it to Nixen via his Momma's cell phone. I am going to print it and give it to him next week end too so he can pin it up on his Bulletin Board and will include the Happy Face from JudyH too Thanks for the beautiful personalized Anniversary Card just wuv it and even more special cause you included those adorable grandsons too of course you know me and my fetish for lighthouses the card is purrrfect thank you so much ETA Big congrats to Phoebe, the kids and to all the Aunties in the room too!

Now before I get cracking around here just wanted to toss out an idea for our page one....I will be moving SJ's beautiful friendship Revevie Poem to page one where it rightfully belongs and to compliment the beautiful poem... I thought we should include some Nesters Trivia too....now even Hockey started with an original 6 teams and Nesters has lots of original trivia we can include on page one....so dig into the memory trunk and lets bring some Nester History Past and Present to enjoy here again......and then include it on page one.

Now I will start the ball rolling....

Who were the founding members of Nesters .....was it an original six or where there more founding members...the Year of course was 2006? Just to give it some parameters....I mean active participating full time members not members that just perched now and then...but active Nester members. Perhaps that will help.

However, we could definitely start a second list... for perch buddies those that perched along side of us now and then

Now I cannot wait to see what you come up with.

Happy Anniversary Debs and Darryl

I made this very special Anniversary Dinner Meal for you this evening...

Seared Ahi Tuna with ginger, garlic and cloves...
on a bed of spinach, asparagus, sliced cucumbers, red peppers and mushrooms with wasabi sauce (to die for... it hurts so good)
(Wasabi, in case you don't know... is a type of horseradish used with Sushi dishes).

All you need is a nice bottle of red wine to go with it...

Here is hoping you had a fun-loving day loving each other more than ever.

Nesters start:
I watched the nest from around day one at Hornby then, we had the move to the Garry Oak near Sidney. I posted verrry rarely for the first while. This was a very new world for me. I could handle emails but was reluctant to say much here!
Then, I posted observations etc. And the rest became easy to talk to others due to this interest in the eagles and eaglets esp. Big and Lil who were very easy to talk about!
