Update on Judy & Steve

Judy has been spending as much time as possible at the hospital with Steve; they are always inseparable so you can imagine how much they miss each other when they are apart and neither are resting well. Steve continues to have alot of discomfort and there is no discharge date yet. Judy sends her love and wants you all to know that she is just too busy and tired to post at the end of the day but she reads our Nesters thread everyday and she appreciates all your love , your wit (humor helps yep yep yep) thoughts and prayers and Judy sends her love and wants to say heart thank you so much....it means the world to them both...Nester Buds u da best yep yep yep.

Our lil grandson Nixen has been in the hospita for two days now with severe Gastroenteritis . We have our bags packed ready to go if he does not turn the corner today; poor lil man has two IV's and they had to give him potassum because his values were so low from all the fluids he is losing. So praying that his blood work is better today ; poor lil man has been sick since Saturday!! Thanks to all of your for your thoughts and prayers; we appreciate them all.

John Thanks for gettting the doggies going too when we are running a wee bit late whatever you do ...do not let SJ know we sometimes mushing late Enjoy your walk for me too....and yep more Tims on the way I know it might not be cool but here is a big ole polar bear hugaroo for you too

Diana Love the picture ....funny how our cats like to come between us and whatever is keeping us from petting them and of course they love warm places too ....so cute thanks for sharing that with us. Hope you get some time off soon girlfriend

The iris is special to me too...my Mom grew them in her garden so we enjoyed them every spring so I picked that tile because of those warm memories from the past .

Glad you like your bear mug ...I picked those up in a northern community in the Northwest Territories on one of my teaching adventures ....had a great time there and their hospitality was second to none Good luck with the move and hope it all goes smoothly for your daughter and her family too

Bev Love the card thanks for sharing it with us Thanks for posting for me; I was right in the middle of my post yesterday when my server went down; lost my post the I got the "blue screen" everything shut down and when I rebooted I could only get certain sites then none then certain sites and this went on all night Hubby says my computer is partially to blame and our server provider must have been interrupted at times.

Thanks, Debs, for sending the zamboni out for Steve and SJ - that ought to perk them right up.

I'm in for an update about Mom. Still need your support, your storming, and your candles. The doctor did release her and she should just about be on her way home. The other news is that her CT scan showed a 2 to 3 cm soft tissue mass in her abdomen. So, a PET scan is next. (Is that right, Nurse Debs?) Anyway, we were hoping for tomorrow, but it looks like next Thursday for the test. They are near a small town and the scan equipment is mobile and goes from town to town. :o) It arrives in Danville on Thursdays. :o) It's like waitin' for the Wells Fargo Wagon!

But, I'm glad she is going home so she can get some rest.

Lonette you got it exactly right Positron emission tomography (PET)....we will gladly keep the candles aglow and will be stormin heaven that all the tests come back clean for you Mom How wonderful to have that equipment mobile that is simply awesome We have some mobile units here too but not for PET yet!!

Thank you for the update on Judy sj and Steve.. i can't even begin to imagine how they feel... this is a very sad time in their lives for both of them.. my heart goes out to them..You too had a lot of worry and stress with your grandson being so sick.. thankful he is doing much better today...
