Adult on left brought food and adult on the right
took it from left adult
work all day

The cam view is tighter here than at Delta OWL and White Rock so we're not seeing as much movement in the nest - but it definitely looks as if the eagle in the nest is holding tight.

One eagle was in nest (feathers very close to the head)

Hah! In the shadow cast over the nest, I can see the silhouette of an eagle!

One digging in nest center, other looking out towards road

Wind is very strong, almost blew over eagle while she was repositioning on the nest center
Second eagle is standing on the rim, looking like he's going to fly off

Female (?) returned to center and is digging

The one I'm calling "female" just flew off nest, from area closest to the camera, 6:00 position
Second eagle still on nest rim at 3:00 by branch
Wind looks very strong

"male" just flew off nest, through 5:00 position, flying very close to the nest
No sunshine, so no shadows cast on nest now to know if they are up there
Nest is empty now

2:20PM no one home at the moment. I'm glad there is no egg yet. But boy oh boy what a miserable night to decide to stay on the nest. Thanks to the overnight crew!

3:11 adult arrived with full talons and headed right out.



returned still with full talons, followed by 2nd. adult

no idea what was bought I thnk it is still being held by the 1st eagle to arrive


3:17Pm holding on tight to the nest.

3:21PM 1 near the bowl; other on the 'fence' about 2oclock spot.

3:23 1 on the fence moves in to mid-nest and the other steps to 9oclock to make room and now both digging




3:24 adult on bowl leaves.


other holds position near bowl and looks all around

3:27PM tree shook quite a bit. (more that just the wind motion) adult looks aout intently searching? tracking?

3:29PM moves to 6oclock and takes off.

3:46PM adult in from 12 oclock with food


2nd adult seemed to dropout of the tree to take its share.


3:48PM look up and only 1 in the nest now. still eating.

3:51PM adult departs from about 5oclock
